Holiday Inn Express Orange Beach - On The Beach, an IHG Hotel

Great location! We enjoyed the smaller hotel. The beds were comfortable and the staff was great. There are restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The pool i has a little restaurant. It's gets a little crowded. I recommend going down early and getting saving some chairs. The beach is right there and they offer chairs to rent. The chairs are not comfortable. I would recommend bringing your own. But it's has something to do with the turtles that's why they changed the lounge chairs. So that's understandable. Only concern is we didn't see any lifeguards on the beach but did see them at night. I guess they are somewhere. At night you can go down to the beach and look for crabs. It was a great time. We didn't want to leave.

I liked the free breakfast, the closeness to the beach, the pool and the hot tub (spa).

The front desk was amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Breakfast until 10am was a huge plus. Some hotels stop at 9am and that means waking up extra early, so allowing the 10am is super nice. Great location on beach too, not very close to huge condos so not that many people on beach.

The hotel and staff were good. The staff was super kind and did all they could to make our stay great! It was awesome to be on the beach and close to the pool, too.

Check in was welcoming and efficient. Sarah and Bonnie at the Front desk were great. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast had a variety of hot and cold foods every day.. The beds were very comfortable. The house keeping staff were always busy making sure the property was always clean.
